Several storylines advanced during the match (Raw tag team division, Santos Escobar and Austin Theory, Shinsuke Nakamura and Tommaso Ciampa). Fairly standard battle royal spots during this one.Cody Rhodes defeated Brock Lesnar by pinfall in 18:00. A stark difference from the high-flying action of Paul-Ricochet, but entertaining nonetheless.

When is the last time you remember Brock Lesnar having a match like that? While most of the match followed the typical Lesnar formula, the near-falls were genuinely enthralling and Lesnar shared a rare on-camera moment of respect with Cody Rhodes after the match.Logan Paul defeated Ricochet by pinfall in 19:11. Paul received brass knuckles from an unnamed party outside the ring and utilized them to pick up a dirty win. This was a solid match featuring a handful of major spots, although none truly eclipsed these two colliding in midair at the Royal Rumble earlier this year. Ricochet was seemingly a no-brainer to kick off the night (Paul's flight plans nothwithstanding).
